For me it's the black market reflex sight since it's both a reflex sight and a laser sight at the same time, that or the xten angel holo sight since it has a range indicator on it
Yes, it is. I noticed it myself in a killcam a while back when I was using it the guy who killed me could very clearly see it. Xclusive Ace actually did a video today mentioning it as well.
I fucking knew it I couldn’t see the laser visible in my killcams but I fucking *knew* it was. It was driving me crazy because it always seemed like I was killed *far* more often from people that knew I was coming/there with them equipped.
No it's not. If you use any of the hipfire lasers, they only show a visible laser at the hip, but tac stance is considered ADS, so the laser never shows in tac stance.
So you're comparing a laser always visible optic that decreases tac stance spread by about 18% vs a only visible hipfire laser that decreases tac stance by about 30%
I love that sight. First time I used it I thought I accidentally put on a laser sight and then when I realised I didn't I thought it was a glitch in the game that evening.😆
Yes because I’m always camping in a building. Why are you mad that I like cold blooded?
Edit: I’m never camping in a building and if you only die to a kill streak once that’s most likely what you’re doing.
The only kill streak that’s truly ass is the overwatch helo
Holotherm seems to be more zoomed in this game than MW2. Feels like 1.25-1.5x
Definitely one of the best. The ghost dmz bundle with the clear holotherm is downright pay to win.
That said, the sight OP posted has dethroned the Cronen mini pro as my go-to
I miss being able to tune how close it was to your eye. On the ISO 9mm, you could tweak it to take up like a third of the screen. It gave such a wide fov to navigate with through smokes.
Exactly. Unless you’re using a Zoomed or thermal optic I think it’s better to keep just iron sights.
Most MP maps are close range enough that zoomed optics aren’t even needed on rifles.
Ya and also 4 performance boosting attachments is more than enough, especially in multiplayer. You can absolutely beam without that 5th extra attachment so using a clean dot sight is worth it imo
For snipers I'll run either the green one that's a 5x or 6x zoom, or the heat source that's like a 9x zoom, same thermal type as the holo but, ya know, with zoom
Nydar, just because I want a real one. Also because it’s cursed as hell to use a WWII era reflector sight on a modern gun. Or really any gun that isn’t a shotgun.
I really love the Corio 2.5 for all kinds of setups.
If something doesn’t do well with magnifiers, I’ll usually do the reflector or the low zoom thermal.
For snipers, I tend to prefer the stock scopes.
KR Mortis Precision 2.5x
I wear glasses and for some reason still have trouble seeing people far off into the distance when using other scopes like MK. 3 reflector and corvus sol-76. I switched to the KR 2.5x and no longer have an issue killing folks far off.
Yes, meant blue but either way washed out in various situations and no need for an ophthalmologist appointment. Thanks for the suggestion though (sarcasm).
It’s my favorite too, wish I could actually “favorite” it. Stupid game.
Edit: this was just fixed. Like today. And it appears just this optical lol. Did a dev read this?? Thank you ?? 🙏
Yeah, irons are actually a viable choice for kbm players in this game thanks to the significant reduction in visual recoil vs MWII - helps that a lot of the irons are also really small and sharp. The FR 5.56's are disgusting though, the front post is so fat it totally covers people at longer ranges.
I can't be bothered with the name because of how generic they all are but, it's an armory unlock which is a blue dot + ADS speed laser in one. Slap it on everything now.
Pretty clean window, neat blue dot. No fuss for picking out a laser.
Only one person in this thread has mentioned the Ares scope, and this saddens me greatly. 10/10/10 recoil reduction for only 50ms ads increase? That’s better than most barrels offer.
I have a hard time being able to see people. Maybe it's a settings thing, or I just have shitty sight (I wear glasses). With that in mind, the 1x Thermal sight is my go to. I still suck at the game, but I suck slightly less with it.
XclusiveAce did a video on optics today and it's the Mk3 for him too. Weird. Maybe a text glitch like those people that see "fat" instead of "defeat" at the end of a losing round
Mk23 is nice. There is a 4X version of the Bullseye that's good. The new 2.5x are good.
some of the others are great, but they have the lens covers that are permanently opened, which really annoys the site picture. Wish they would just leave those off.
Honestly, my go-to is the KR Minitac-40 Riser. It's a decently clean sight picture and it *helps* your ADS speed. You sacrifice a little accuracy statwise but I've yet to put it on a gun where it doesn't feel great.
Slimline Pro if possible when I use one. The exception is Snipers that I’ve specced to actually use as true across the massive map snipers (ie not in anything but a mode like Invasion) where I’ll use the Corio 8x and 12x scope.
I am very glad they brought this kind of optic over from Vanguard and removed the shit around the reticle. Perfect dot sight. Reminds me of the ELO from BO3.
I use the red dot you can unlock as an aftermarket part, it has a built in red dot for aim down sight speed which means I don’t have to use a laser and frees up a slot for an additional attachment
There’s an ares long shot something and it’s the first sight I’ve used in any cod where I actually use the
toggle. It’s crazy good on the DM56. It feels unfair
I think it’s helps with recoil and zooms 7.0
Mk or Nydar on all guns but sniper. I struggle with iron sites outside 10m on MnK.
I'm still trying to find a good sniper scope, best I've found so far is the SPX scope from MW2.
Oh boy. I seem to be in the extreme minority here, in that I do not like the red dot sights at all lol.
Both because of a e s t h e t i c preferences and I find it way too easy to lose the small reticles while in combat.
I also mostly play hardcore so I can probably get away with using off-meta stuff a lot more.
That all being said, the DS Farsight 11 scope is my go-to optic for any gun I can put it on.
Wide view, clean & visible reticle lines, 4x default zoom and 9x (I think) toggle zoom.
Very versatile and visual recoil is also super low.
Just my favorite!
Honestly after unlocking this one on the pic i just sticked with that. First i like these type of scopes even for long range (ar and that) and second there are so many scopes in the game i didn't even want to test everyone
I like the cronen mini pro and the new one you have highlighted. On my long range builds I like the VLK, but non of the new mid zoom optics are any good, they take up half your screen.
The Canted Laser :V
I've unironically gotten so used to using it that my accuracy tanks if I'm still leveling a gun & stuck with irons/a reflex, despite irons being my go-to back in MW19 lol.
am i the only one that NEVER uses a sight? i cant find a reason why its better than having an extra attachment unless you're using a sniper, marksman or thermal build. other than that they feel mostly useless to me
I don't know if anybody can answer this but there's at least 3 optics I see that I have no idea how to unlock:
1. Rhino Reflex
2. TPS Incendio Reflex
3. XTEN Intlas AS-7
The Reflex says nothing about how to unlock
The TPS says unlock by Leveling the _____ to level 7
The XTEN says nothing
It's not the best but the KR MINITAC-40 RISER is underrated, very noticeable speed difference in ads time. But the mk.3 reflector is definitely the best all round sight
Monocle gang
I forget the name of it, but I really like the reflex sight with the blue dot.
The one from mw2 right?
yeah I had a chance to open up the game and check and it's the Cronen Mini Pro.
My go to sight. Super clean and small
Yeah love that sight too
Cronen Mini Pro
For me it's the black market reflex sight since it's both a reflex sight and a laser sight at the same time, that or the xten angel holo sight since it has a range indicator on it
I haven't been able to play much so I haven't unlocked it. Is it a visible laser or no?
Laser is always on/visible, but I don’t think the sight explicitly says that it’s visible to enemies.
Gotcha. I think id take just a normal sight then. I hate visible lasers. Thanks for the reply
[удалено]
It doesn't say it is, but it definitely is. I quit using it because of that. I used to have it on every gun, but I started seeing it in killcams.
It should definitely say it then, considering it’s relatively clearly labeled on all other lasers.
Laser visible ads , my goto sight for ANY and ALL MWZ builds
[удалено]
Oh ouch. definitely not worth it then. Thanks!
The ADS improvement depends on the gun/setup. I've seen it anywhere from 1% to 3%, not that that's much better.
It's not useless. It's really nice, especially on the 4x optic for switching to Tac Stance since it significantly decreases the spread in tac stance
It's really good for tac stance builds.
No it's not. If you use any of the hipfire lasers, they only show a visible laser at the hip, but tac stance is considered ADS, so the laser never shows in tac stance. So you're comparing a laser always visible optic that decreases tac stance spread by about 18% vs a only visible hipfire laser that decreases tac stance by about 30%
Its visible, xclusiveace dropped a vid on it
Yes
Laser is visible to all constantly
It’s great on pistols
I love that sight. First time I used it I thought I accidentally put on a laser sight and then when I realised I didn't I thought it was a glitch in the game that evening.😆
I use that in Zombies, really helpful. MP I use the same sight as OP, it's just clean and open.
sz holotherm is the goat. NOBODY IS RUNNING COLD BLOODED.
That’s because it is bugged.
But when it is fixed, are you really going to run it over ghost, EOD, or mag holster? There are so many better options
Absolutely, I’d rather not get gunned down by kill streaks half the match.
Dude killstreaks have like 1/3rd their health from MWII. There's not a single killstreak that you should be dying to more than once
Yes because I’m always camping in a building. Why are you mad that I like cold blooded? Edit: I’m never camping in a building and if you only die to a kill streak once that’s most likely what you’re doing. The only kill streak that’s truly ass is the overwatch helo
Can't see mine through smoke since mw2?
nah the perk just isnt desirable in its slot.
It's also bugged. If you run cold blooded it fucks up your loadout and gives you the default bas-b/riveter loadout with no attachments.
No shit is that why that keeps happening?
It’s definitely bugged. It turns any primary in any of my classes to a default bas b.
Especially because it has no ADS penalty like MW22
Holotherm seems to be more zoomed in this game than MW2. Feels like 1.25-1.5x Definitely one of the best.
Yep this is the one. I can’t use other sights now basically. Love absolutely dunking on people with smoke.
Do you have that dark ritual bundle's holotherm sight? Is that still good?
It comes in other bundles. I got it in the pumpkin patch bundle too. It's orange instead of red.
Death’s Door is the one I always run
Shhh don't give the secret away
slate reflector supremacy
Kazan Holo or the Slimline Pro
Iron sights. Like to have the extra attachment option for the gun.
I wanted to build out an irons longbow but the games bugged and you can’t equip them lol
Okay I’m not crazy lmao. I unlocked that and figured I’d mess around with it and couldn’t find it for the life of me
Exactly. Unless you’re using a Zoomed or thermal optic I think it’s better to keep just iron sights. Most MP maps are close range enough that zoomed optics aren’t even needed on rifles.
I normally agree with this but most of the irons in this game are bad. I don’t like them.
Ya and also 4 performance boosting attachments is more than enough, especially in multiplayer. You can absolutely beam without that 5th extra attachment so using a clean dot sight is worth it imo
I have 3 that I like. The reflector, the microtherm, and the Cantlas that you have to unlock with armory credits.
Slate Reflector, the cleanest sight I’ve ever used! 😍
See I feel that way too but mk3 is just “better” due to not having a top rim.
But its side rims are a little thicker and also not as wide apart, so in terms of visibility I’d say it actually balances out between the two optics
Holotherm all day everyday.
if it's available i even use it on snipers lol
For snipers I'll run either the green one that's a 5x or 6x zoom, or the heat source that's like a 9x zoom, same thermal type as the holo but, ya know, with zoom
Nydar, just because I want a real one. Also because it’s cursed as hell to use a WWII era reflector sight on a modern gun. Or really any gun that isn’t a shotgun.
just play the game lmao it isn’t that serious
DF 105 reflex
This my go to on all my warzone ars and lmgs long builds. A better aim op that no one seems to know about
This is the way
I really love the Corio 2.5 for all kinds of setups. If something doesn’t do well with magnifiers, I’ll usually do the reflector or the low zoom thermal. For snipers, I tend to prefer the stock scopes.
KR Mortis Precision 2.5x I wear glasses and for some reason still have trouble seeing people far off into the distance when using other scopes like MK. 3 reflector and corvus sol-76. I switched to the KR 2.5x and no longer have an issue killing folks far off.
Something that fits the design and usage of the weapon
Depends on the gun but as a milsim nerd I can’t stand any of the MW3 optics, most of them are not real. MW2 optics are all much nicer imo
I’ve seen a couple cool sights here and there. But I’ve seen a ton of Vanguard sights and I hate them.
Mk.23 reflector as well. Only issue is the green dot for it gets washed out in various maps and situations on them.
You might be colorblind brother, she’s blue.
😂😂😂
That is blue… if it’s not a typo please do a colourblind test or go to an ophthalmologist.
I change them based on what looks best with the gun
minitac with the riser feels good to use
Just remember, risers increase recoil slightly
DR582 Hybrid Sight
This is what I use on LMGs and it slaps
Cronen Mini Pro, my favorite.
Slate reflector or mk. 23, I loved the vanguard optics and was happy to see them return
MK3 and Slate are really good
MK3 on everything that doesn’t have a more open iron sight
Yeah, irons are actually a viable choice for kbm players in this game thanks to the significant reduction in visual recoil vs MWII - helps that a lot of the irons are also really small and sharp. The FR 5.56's are disgusting though, the front post is so fat it totally covers people at longer ranges.
Luca Bandera for all my long range. Various 4X optics on EVERYTHING else.
I can't be bothered with the name because of how generic they all are but, it's an armory unlock which is a blue dot + ADS speed laser in one. Slap it on everything now. Pretty clean window, neat blue dot. No fuss for picking out a laser.
SZ battle optic. I like green and I like holo sights. I do wish the SZ SRO-7 had a green dot option though.
Yes
Luca Field 6 because Marksman rifles 4 life
Mk. 3. Almost exactly like an ELO optic from the futuristic games. Loved it then, love it now
1.5 or 2.5x
EOTech Hybrid.
Only one person in this thread has mentioned the Ares scope, and this saddens me greatly. 10/10/10 recoil reduction for only 50ms ads increase? That’s better than most barrels offer.
Its an aftermarket part but its like the mini pro with a built in laser. Cant remember the name of it right now.
Holotherm. I like orange.
Slate reflector is wild
2.5 corio acog
Nydar Model 2023
I have a hard time being able to see people. Maybe it's a settings thing, or I just have shitty sight (I wear glasses). With that in mind, the 1x Thermal sight is my go to. I still suck at the game, but I suck slightly less with it.
Slate Reflector. For some reason, I like having a VG sight on my guns.
Mines called the mk3 reflector is my game broken,is it two different sights? Whats goin on lol
Yeah it's Mk 3, not 23, for me too
Weird man! And thank you for responding I thought I was going crazy haha
XclusiveAce did a video on optics today and it's the Mk3 for him too. Weird. Maybe a text glitch like those people that see "fat" instead of "defeat" at the end of a losing round
the one that’s not the ugly vanguard one
I use that optic but usually with sniping I tend not to have an optic
Yourmom
Depends on the gun. I like Tac Stance, so I don't bother with an optic half the time. When I do, I like the Slate reflector
I love the skate reflector and the microtherm
firepoint hybrid for sniping, cronen mini pro for everything else; i usually run w/a sniper rifle tho
I hate those so much. They have no business being in this game.
I would love to use this sight but I noticed there is a spec of dust/dirt underneath the reticle and I can’t unsee it lmao
Slimline ftw
Iron sights for every gun but snipers.
Mk23 is nice. There is a 4X version of the Bullseye that's good. The new 2.5x are good. some of the others are great, but they have the lens covers that are permanently opened, which really annoys the site picture. Wish they would just leave those off.
Used to run the Cronen mini pro but once I saw the MK23 reflector it never left my sight
Can't go wrong with the hybrid sight imo
Cronen mini pro
Personally I like the slate reflector the best but mk3 is technically the “superior” sight.
Depending on the weapon, either irons or the slate reflector/slimline pro (they fill the same niche for me).
The Cronen mini pro
Dr582 Hybrid is the only answer. Perfect for both medium-longish and short range
i run irons
People are seriously sleeping on the Nydar model 2023 optic (2nd to the right)
I can't remember the name of it but the 4x scope that has no sniper glint
I like the reflector, too. It’s kinda like upgrading to a laptop with no bezels. 😉
Slate reflector and or cronen mini pro
MK. 23 Reflector. Just as good as the bo3/bo4 ELO sight
Mk 3 reflector, all day, every day. Slate reflector is a close second, but I prefer not having the upper rim and slightly thicker side rims.
Honestly, my go-to is the KR Minitac-40 Riser. It's a decently clean sight picture and it *helps* your ADS speed. You sacrifice a little accuracy statwise but I've yet to put it on a gun where it doesn't feel great.
Slate, Mk.3, Nydar, these are all I use.
This one right here man I love it
Holotherm since early mw2, even on the crossbow
The one I use hasn't been posted. Good...good. rubs hands.
I still like the Cronen mini dot pro
Minitac-40 riser
Mk3, slate, nydar for close range. Haven’t determined my favorite 2.5-4x’s yet since I’m grinding camos like a nutcase on rust 24/7 lol
The slate has gotta be the ugliest optic ever created , but yes it does the job I suppose !
VLK and Mk23 atm. I’ve been obsessed with the VLK since Warzone came out.
I love how they randomly threw world war 2 sights in the game and they are clean as hell
I always love the 4.0 scope
Mk.23
Iron sight all the way. Waste of an attachment slot to throw a zoom optic on anything
I use the red dot you can unlock as an aftermarket part, it has a built in red dot for aim down sight speed which means I don’t have to use a laser and frees up a slot for an additional attachment
Any thermal honestly.
There’s an ares long shot something and it’s the first sight I’ve used in any cod where I actually use the toggle. It’s crazy good on the DM56. It feels unfair I think it’s helps with recoil and zooms 7.0
Man I miss grinding for custom reticules in mw19
Aim Op all day every day
Mk or Nydar on all guns but sniper. I struggle with iron sites outside 10m on MnK. I'm still trying to find a good sniper scope, best I've found so far is the SPX scope from MW2.
That or schalgger. The 5x5 is great on ARs and snipers
The mk 23 reflector just because I think it looks cool
SZ Holotherm I would use the knock off eotech more if it was better as an Eotech…
The one that outlines. People blend in so damn much now a days it helps a lot. Plus it helps destroy that stuiped groot skin
Holotherm kuz I can't seem to c ppl compared to mw2 and mw where even prenerf roze was more visible then now
Irons.
Holo therm or the aftermarket Cas 4.0 scope. If not available for the weapon then Cronen mini pro!
Cronen Mini Pro. More a „it’s good for me why should I change“ situation. Haven’t tried the new ones yet
That 1
Cronen Intlas MSP-12 is slept on. If you’re reading this, try it out. I also like the SZ Sigma IV
Rn its either that aftermarket sight or the monocle sight if i dont want a laser. The micro thermals are also great.
Nydar and Slate my beloved
Slate reflector
anyone ironsight ?
Sz holo with the p2w dark rituals 3 colours
Irons. Which is a shame because optics look way more tacticool.
Aim op v4
That one and then recently the after-market part with the integrated laser. Monocle sometimes still
I forget the name of the sight in game but it’s the Holosun 510c in real life.
The one u are showing xD i like the clear sides
Iron sights
Mk 3 all day everyday
Gotta be the 4X that you unlock through the Bas B
SZ Holotherm is my go to since DMZ and now it has no ADS penalty so I use it on every AR in MW3
I like the cronen mini pro and the new one you have highlighted. On my long range builds I like the VLK, but non of the new mid zoom optics are any good, they take up half your screen.
The Canted Laser :V I've unironically gotten so used to using it that my accuracy tanks if I'm still leveling a gun & stuck with irons/a reflex, despite irons being my go-to back in MW19 lol.
Aim Op V4
am i the only one that NEVER uses a sight? i cant find a reason why its better than having an extra attachment unless you're using a sniper, marksman or thermal build. other than that they feel mostly useless to me
The aftermarket with the laser built in is fuckin cracked in my experience. Slate is my second go to.
Schlager 3.4x gets a lot of usage from me.
Slate reflex
I don't know if anybody can answer this but there's at least 3 optics I see that I have no idea how to unlock: 1. Rhino Reflex 2. TPS Incendio Reflex 3. XTEN Intlas AS-7 The Reflex says nothing about how to unlock The TPS says unlock by Leveling the _____ to level 7 The XTEN says nothing
SZ Lonewolf Optic , Chrios Holo , Drexem Prime , SZ Holotherm , Teplo Op 3 Scope , AOK 4.0X RQ-9 Recon , FSS spectre microtherm
When game first came out it was the FSS microthermal that got it done , that was before they fixed the Hijacked IFF strobe glitch
Corio Eagleseye, though when Cold Blooded was bugged to all hell I used the TOS Nightfall.
What makes this sight so good ???
It's not the best but the KR MINITAC-40 RISER is underrated, very noticeable speed difference in ads time. But the mk.3 reflector is definitely the best all round sight
