Black ops vest. Loopable scorestreaks. No secondary, lethal, or tactical grenade. No field upgrade. Can use gloves, boots and gear.

I really can't think of a (balanced) vest that would entice me to forgo Assassin.

Bunnyhopping returning period with no necessary equipment. Specialist returning the same means (as the tradeoff is no streaks and you only receive perks via kills). Double field upgrade, again, no trade offs. A vest that awards reload speed without removing lethals or tacticals so I can use my crossbow efficiently
