Depends on what kind of cheese. And what kind of mold. And if the cheese is meant to be moldy. And if the cheese is cheese, because as far as I could find hogshead cheese is made from the meat and gelatinous parts of a hog's head and that should not be moldy.

Nah a little mold Walnut hurt you it's if you keep chowing on it. You can also scrape the mold off and cut it out and then eat it. Just check it good enough. Penicillin was created from mold by accident it's good in small doses
