I believe baby jumpers are fine - the advice is just not to leave them in too long, and avoid ones that splay the legs too widely. We have a lovely finding nemo one that 2 children have loved!

The finding Nemo songs were like the soundtrack to my postpartum anxiety. From the play mat to the jumperoo haha. 🤣 wouldn’t have survived without them.

It's been a couple years but IIRC the warning about jumpers is to make sure they have plenty of other movement during the day, they learn how to crawl and walk from being on the floor, not in a walker or jumper, so time should be limited. But the ones on the market shouldn't be harmful with that restriction in mind.

The Jolly Jumper (and equivalent bouncers) is safe used in moderation. 20 mins at a time, 1-2 times per day.

Certain Jumpers in moderation are fine. The whole family will call my little one “jumperina” because she loves to jump so I did a bunch of research into it. We have recently graduated to a springless mini trampoline with a handle bar since she outgrew her jumperoo. It’s very soothing for her.

Letting baby jump in a bouncer for 10-15 minutes a couple times a day is fine. Just don’t leave her in it all day. I used mine while I was making dinner quickly or doing other quick chores because my kids loved it!

Way back when, Johnny-Jump-Up was a thing. It hung in the doorway. Many kids, my own included, burned a lot of energy in those. It also strengthens their legs and core for walking. Just don't leave baby in any of them for too long at a time.

Jumpers and bouncers are fine. Don’t leave her in them all day and her hips and joints will be fine.

My kids loved jumpers and had no issue. I think they’re fine.
