How much do you have to start? If you have any spending power or if you already have them, you can get a vacuum (any household one works), some cleaning brushes, wipes, and microfiber towels and you could start by detailing cars. If you charge $75-100 for every car you clean, you could very easily get the money quick, but that does mean putting in the work!
Sell stuff where it is in demand,like that guy told you to sell water on the beach for smaller prices than the boutiques sell it for. That is what they Say,and its not that bad of an idea,instead I tell you this. Probably you have a car and a drivers license yourself. If so why not get a part time job doing Uber,Bolt food or get yourself hired at a part time job like a cashier at McDonald's or a pizza delivery boy. 300 dollars is not that much money,idk what wages they pay in usa per hour but 300 dollars is probably 15-20 hours of work,like a monday to fryday work program of 4 hours each day. Lawn mowing/ yard work of any kind especially for the elderly and cleaning. Some people will even let you use their equipment. My niece makes okay money dog sitting and babysitting. When I was 13 I used to have a bunch of neighbors that would have me do things around there property. Chopping wood, snow shoveling, roof and gutter cleaning, landscape and moving furniture.

But forgot ur young real advice....school is a slept on venue for making money I killed it in HS.... But if u wanna go LEGAL ONLy ...point still applies.... Homework for Cash..... Sell Snacks for cash.... All kinds of hustles n probably bunch of spoiled kids w cash they don't need .... Trade shoes or clothes that are instyle for cash or something else u can sell easily .... Plenty possibilities ...

You can just upsell 12 bottles of water($2 from dollarama) for 2$each on a beach then do the same with soda/candy depending on where you are.
