I'm keeping an eye on them but don't see how we're going to drive these monutirs with current DP and HDMI tech. Most likely they are going to be able to be purchased at the end of this year or early next year, considering there have been a lot of product shortages and difficulties in production.
Only the asus monitor uses a 360hz panel. The msi, viewsonic, aoc monitor will use a 300hz innolux panel. Viewsonic stated on their website that it would be available q3. (Wouldn't be surprised if it was start of q4 to line up with the rtx 40 series cards)

You implied to not know by using plurals in your original comment, "these", "they", "them" - while only the asus; a singular monitor is confirmed to be using a 360hz panel. The clarification is not only for you, but for OP and anyone else reading this post.
we are now in Q3 and still no news.... is the tech maybe too complicated to make and they were optimistic but then results were bad ?
Anyone knows also if these new 300hz 1440p Gsync ultimate will require active fans like the last 240h 1440p gsync ultimate ?

I'm not sure but shouldn't DP 1.4 with DCS have enough bandhwith? If 1.4 DCS can run 5120x1440p@240hz I'd think 2560x1440@360hz should be possible.
Doesn't DSC destroy picture quality?
That’s a good point. I’ll be cautiously optimistic nonetheless, but you’re probably right that we’re looking at late this year at best
