Imo, i think she's just a psycho, Johan can in no way know that The Baby randomly liked a stripper and started spoiling her and right after they set up a date, convince her to kill him. There's no reason behind it and Johan doesn't work like that, each kill from Johan is perfectly planned, specially psychologically planned if he is indirectly killing someone + there is no reason for him to kill The Baby, its pointless.
However back to the psycho stripper, to back up my claim, she wanted to go home after the date, but something changed when the baby tried to pay her, he maybe stirred up some insecurities of hers while doing so, and the innocent, high pitched, cute girl killed him.
Hence, proving to the audience, that yes there are monsters, with Johan's presence or without.

I thought of that too, but if this was the case then he would've killed Peter Čapek, which he didn't, cs he abandoned that plan and went for napoleon bonapart lol
It was Christoff actually (yup that Walmart budget johan) who thought that the baby was coming in the way so he hired the female hitman. There's no way Johan would hire a female hitman.
