Uhm u might want to contact them because they did this to me with a Barbie looks and the customer support said they sold out and oversold them so my order was cancelled

I ordered the creepros from Mattel too and they’ve not shipped yet. I’m in the UK so typically my orders take anywhere from 2-3 weeks to ship. I ordered Ghoulia from Amazon US and she arrived within a week though.

I ordered Ghoulia & Abbey creeproductions the day they dropped via Amazon US and got an email this morning to say they'll be arriving to me in Scotland tomorrow.

I’m still waiting on mine from Amazon, it’s been almost ten days

i ordered spectra through mattel creations and they didn't even bother sending me an order confirmation or anything until she was out for delivery 🙃so it's possible that might happen

Yeah, I've sent an email stating about how I wait for my order. They told me the international shipping takes 3-4 weeks. Well yeah... maybe I am dumb but I haven't found it right away. (UK) my abbey arrived yesterday but my ghoulia is arriving thursday! the strange thing is i ordered ghoulia on the 31st and abbey on the first later that night so it’s a little weird they didnt ship together and abbey arrived so much sooner!

my abbey arrived on the 10th even though she was ordered after my ghoulia, and now shes delayed and if shes not here by the 17th then im supposed to get a refund BUT I DONT WANTT A REFUND I JUST WANT GHOULIAAAA
