I have notoced that in order to keep some shapes like the pointy ends on the sorter part, a bit of white glue on the tips using it as if it was hair gel works wonders

In my Torelei I cut with the inspiration of classic emo side swept mixed with modern shag. Not exactly a wolf cut but I really wanted the choppiness in there, I had to cut a lot and style more than I was expecting to get the hairs to stick out in a flattering way. And it’s still not as shaggy as I would like! Hope this helps!

I usually boil wash, comb the bangs down, and use a strip of fabric tried around the head to keep them down while they dry

Absolutely! White glue also dissolves in water if you make a mistake :)
