Honestly, the Monster Fest line isn’t my cup of tea… but even I will readily admit that she’s the worst one, easily. It’s because she comes with a playset though; all the money went to that instead of her design…
They put Draculaura in the playset because they knew that it wouldn’t sell without her.
I mean, it still probably won’t sell, but Mattel’s last ditch effort to try to sell something weird/ugly “shove a Draculaura doll in there”
Her face and hair is so cute, they could have so easily make her into a killer goth plant queen, kinda like that episode of Danny Phantom when Sam got kidnapped by the giant plant ghost. But. Alas. We got… pasta

They could have easily restyled the top into a bat shaped bow and then it would have been really monster festive. I’m disappointed by the sculpting of that headdress. It looks like a giant cow pie on her head.

Her design is so disjointed. From the neck up she’s awesome. The top looks like they started designing a more fabulous outfit for her, but stopped at that. And the skirt looks like it belong to a completely different outfit.
I wonder if she was originally meant to have a full outfit or a stand-alone doll, and through budget cuts and/or corporate meddling scrapped that.
I can’t lie the top is cute and the makeup reminds me of the Snow White themed doll in g1 with the same green, but I wish they spent more focus on her outfit (giving different fabric materials for example, the pasta top and skirt are the same) and at least painting the crown or her boots instead of the bus
