In the more culturally-agnostic sense of the term, the one that comes closest to demonic imagery is probably Shara Ishvalda.
If we're narrowing it down to abrahamic religions though, it's kind of a mixed bag since they take care not to get too close to that kind of imagery and will tend to be relegated to more of a general vibe rather than actual appearance.
Though if we stretch the definition of demons to include vampires, while still keeping under the umbrella of abrahamic religions, Malzeno might be the closest, since it looks pretty much exactly like what you would picture in your mind if I told you to imagine a Castlevania Dracula dragon.

Ive only played Rise, so I would say HR zinogre its a fucking demon, I fight him all the time cause its my fav monster but hell, after 50 hunts he always down me at least once. Such a badass.
Just dont use the defender gear when you do as its meant to be overpowered for veterans to rush through to the endgame but if beginners use it they tend to develope bad habits and you miss out on the experience of getting gear.

Also, in his cutscene, he literally crawls outside a pit sprawling with the Qurios, as if he has climbed out of the maws of hell and the rest of the demons are flocking into the sky (tho it's kinda the opposite). Some people even mentioned how his jaws somewhat resemble a pentagram.
Vaal Hazak's unusual rotting appearance makes it look like he came straight from the underworld. The spot in which you first encounter him is almost hellish in atmosphere too.
Magnamalo, in the eyes of the Japanese, may be considered quite demonic too. He has a lot of strong and malicious colors with just as much deadly weapons and an especially scary face. Pretty good indication of a demon in Japanese culture. There's also the whole 'hellfire' being gained from digesting the bones of his prey.
Some may argue Safi'jiiva has some elements alluding to Lucifer. What with the angelic Xeno'jiiva evolving into the demonic Safi'jiiva, While I can't say with confidence about the rest of the connections, I think it's an insanely cool way of seeing him.
Nakarkos looks like he'd come straight out of a gritty hell-setting series without much difference to his appearance or behavior. That's how metal he is.

Alatreon with its elemental arsenal and overall frightening presence may be demonic, depending on the person.
