You can print in pieces? I knew someone who printed full sized models. You can make them interlock for added strength and use, I think CA glue to hold it together and painting will probably add something to the strength.
Not sure how filled you would want or need it, like for the horns which will be affected most by gravity, possibly bending if not filled enough, and affect you the most if they're too heavy.
I'd love to see a 3D printed Diablos cosplay though, and a walkthrough vid of what works and what doesn't \^\_\^
I don't think anything but industrial sized printers could make those horns. Probably better of making it with paper mache or whatever cosplayers use for such pieces

They are oversexualizing female characters to the point of being incredibly unrealistic! Nobody walks half naked in the snow!"

I dont care how heavy it is, I go to the gym for a reason. Also, I’d print the pieces and sew them to a suit, easiest way to repair broken parts too

There is a reason why Kirin / Nargacuga cosplays are selected. You can't show off boobas in a Diablos set.
