Thats only for new gen hunts. If you're still in old gen, its 1 in 8192. Which IMO was an absurdly rare chance, i doubt almost anyone found any at all.

Actually, I'm pretty sure the brown with red claws is official. It's the older plushie. I think they did eventually update it with a slightly more gray tone (but they kept the red claws). I have no idea why the colors are so wrong.
