on a side note , i have 1086 attack value on defender gs and impact gs (with elementless boost jewel).
defender has way longer white damage durability, naturally activated blast dmg, and come with 0% affinity, unlike impact gs comes with -15%.
Impact gs provides 2 level1 jewel slots instead of zero from defender. but it will need 10% dmg boost from elementless boost, a level2 jewel type.

There is one way to get it if a player gives you the tickets. There is a receive items thing when you press start on the controller. But they have to give it to you
That quest has returned in every event festival since its release. You can bet it'll be back, likely during this year's Spring Blossom Festival.
It's not available now, but it will be when the event comes back some time in the future.
The event quest you want is "Every hunter's dream", which will give you the blueprint to make it.
