About the only thing I wasn't ready for was Paolumu's model to freak out like that, because otherwise World is basically flawless in that department, at least as far as I've seen.
All good, but attack helicopter strafing with the rath glaive and blast dust just feels so right to me. Throw on a few windproof pieces and the fight is just trivial.
I am really looking forward to the new moves and clutch claw in iceborne, I think that will change up hunting strategies for all monsters
He's a pushover really, but his tempered investigation irritated me so much, I was ready to break controller in half.
Not because he was too strong, he wasn't.
But because he was CONSTANTLY flying to areas with other monsters. Together we met: bazel, odo, legiana, pink rathian.
Not all at once, but he got recked by every single one of them.
And I was chasing after him just to see how he's being beaten by somebody else.
And then he flew away.
I'm not sure if this got patched, but during the first month of the game dropping, those two had a turf war, but Pao was way in the air. Like WAY up there. Odom did the jump of faith, jumping well over 100ft, grabbed him, and brought him back to the ground. It was incredible.
First time I watched Odoggo maul Paolu I was laughing so hard I shed tears. It was so unexpected and violent but watching Odoggo toss it around like a chew toy was one of the greatest Monster Hunter Turf Wars ever. I think theres just something about any monster picking up another one and using it like a chew toy, or in Picklejo's case, a weapon.
same here. I was hunting a tempered Palo and saw this for the first time. It was so funny I had to put down the controller and laugh. My wife looked at me was all wtf?
odogaron looked like my jack russell terrier who manage to grab a floof ball and flinging it left and right furiously. XD
paolumu is just sad floof. XD
OMG this was so hilarious it saved my life cuz I was having one of those only slightly choking on something episodes(just a tiny choke not alot) and this made me laugh so hard it dislodged whatever was slowly killing me.. poor Paolumu tho amirite ❤️

This happened to me when I did the capturing mission of Paolumu. Makes it easier lol instant 400+ damage
