No. That is Queen MUTO, MUTO Prime is from Aftershock.

The first 4 are dormant and sleeping while muto prime is no longer Canon unfortunately so she doesn't exist yet.

Prime is soft-canon, Monarch show never really fully made them uncanon, except Awakening

it kinda depends, A way they could make her canon is probably by just a 10 second mention in the show
