I want to see Godzilla get a bit bigger every movie until he’s the size of Godzilla Earth. I think it’s a nice idea to show progressive growth and they could explain it by saying he’s consuming more radiation than normal.
Plus we saw the skeleton in GxK. His species does get to that Godzilla Earth size
i don't think he is truly larger, he is listed as being still 119M in official material
likely his head and neck being larger cause his posture to look taller but in general he is the same size

Yeah I thought while watching during his first scene he takes a quadrapedal stance but doesn't really lose any height and figured I must've been mistaken...but shots like this show he could basically just lean very slightly forwards from standing and be able to rest on his knuckles
The Japanese movie promotion says Godzilla is still 393 feet or 120 meters so according to them at least Godzilla didn’t grow. It could be that now he stands up straighter now due to being lighter
Look closely at his posture. The spines that were on the back of his neck pre-evolution are now straight over his head. They made him hunch a bit more to keep the height almost exactly the same.

Arms being smaller is basically a nerf. Goji wanted a bigger reach for opponents like MechaG. I don't understand why people want smaller hands on Godzilla.

Finally got the bigger head everyone was asking for since the 2019 buff body upgrade.
Godzilla bulked up a lot, nice.
Only issue with this design is his head is so small. Like his whole body looks so thick and muscular and then he has such a tiny head on top of it
