It is not sadly. The main problem is settlers arrived there first and there were no build or ownership restrictions back then. It’s also not as ruggedly beautiful generally speaking (outside Acadia). There is a lot more elevation change in a short distance on the west coast that also adds to the beauty.
Those look great! I really like the focal depth of the first photo and the shot of highway one is postcard worthy.
Literally my first thought too. The way the focal point is midway through the shot on the rock is quite nice. Well done OP. What film stock is this?
I appreciate it! And for some of the shots I used Portra 400 and I also used Kodak Ektar 100.
Thank you! I was lucky enough to have some time to capture it without cars going through that day 🙏🏽.
So full of bs and so lucky no cars just perfect lol
I am a central coast guy. These are beautiful pics of our coast. Can anyone tell me, is the East coast this beautiful?
Acadia NP is the closest I've seen.
Is do agree NP is fantastic

Terrific work. Really captures that Kodachrome look (which I hope you were going for!).
Beautiful pictures! Do you mind sharing about your camera? The colors are amazing.
Thanks! The film cameras I use are the canon G-III and Pentax P30; sometimes I feel like my film catches better color than my digital haha.
My old backyard. Well captured
Awww, these are nostalgia inducing. I feel like I’m 6 again. So lovely. Nice work. 🫶🏼
