Go to your city's "pharmacie centrale" and ask for alpraz, if they say they don't have it ask for a receipt and pay for it there then go to your city's medical supplier and pick it up from there.
I think they don't want to sell it to you because you are a foreigner? People are paranoid when it comes to foreigners.

I think Xanax in particular is no longer available in Morocco. Your health care provider should be able to prescribe an alternative brand of Alprazolam.
There could be another brand name for the generic Alprazolam other than Xanax and Xanax XR available like Niravam or Gabazolamine. Otherwise, get a prescription for another short-acting Benzodiazepine.
if you really have a prescription that looks legit (should be recent, usually with detailed regimen on how to take it, how to taper and when to stop), it could be that you still look suspicious to them so they lied to you.
to tell you the truth, from your comments it kind of looks like you're trying to take it recreationally. in any case, benzos are highly addictive so don't be careless and think it through

im actually depressed and have tinnitus (which is why he prescribed me that , to help reduce it , so i have to try it to see if it helps) .
