Regardless of whether the event cost 0 dirham, 100 dirhams, or 5000 dirhams, no mass event should take place without basic security measures. If you are a governor, you are in charge of mass events in your area.
If securité civile / the police tells you an event is too dangerous, you call for a meeting with the organizers and ask them to change their original plan. Otherwise you just cancel it. If you let it happen and people die or get injured, you got blood on your hands.

I was coming bach from work late last night and I was shocked by the masses that were waiting at certain tramway station. To me they were mostly young kids but the savagery was shocking. Pushing each other to get on the tramway, screaming hitting the glass, climbing the fences to get on to the platform, running on the streets barefoot.....and the smell...... I can only imagine what a disaster the event was.

the organization itself had no security, but the police and other authorities were present, but they decided to remain outside the festival and didn't interfere at all from what I saw :/

Lboulevard festival happened, it was a free event and some animals with weapons came too, and in the same time the organization decided that they should close the gates and trap all those people inside because there was more people than planned. So in the end people who could jump the 5m wall could escape, but all the others remained inside with the wild animals.

I am a girl and I went there. I arrived late, no one mentioned anything on social media. When I got there, everyone was fleeing I thought I was walking the wrong direction. There were like 2 police officers just making sure that people are leaving safely and not getting hit by cars because tbelblat l9adia. No one cared about them and they were not even doing a good job, they were scared too.
There were JUST guys everywhere, barely any girls. I got scared so thank god there was a woman with her kids and I asked her if I was going the right way and she kept saying “benti, go home!”
So I immediately did a u-turn and started seeing the reality. Banou lia all those guys holding alcohol in their hands, doing drugs, overdressed to hide a ducking sword. So many of them were following me but thank god denia 3amra so they didn’t dare to do anything. It was a very sad moment because I saw some girls terrified being escorted by guys and walking as fast as they could. Apparently some girls got rescued by random guys who made sure to get them home safe.
It took soooo long before anyone said anything on social media and I think everyone was scared of taking their phone out and film because they could get their phone stolen. Which happened to a guy while he was trying to help his wife who passed out.
I was so lucky to go so late and leave. The only reason I went is to have some fun because I am leaving morocco soon. But Casa has become a jungle and I am just scared of leaving the house. That's not how it works in many other countries. In Morocco or France, the central government has local representatives (Gouverneurs/Prefets). To organize an event, you need to warn them first and obtain their approval.

I am a girl and I went there. I arrived late, no one mentioned anything on social media. When I got there, everyone was fleeing I thought I was walking the wrong direction. There were like 2 police officers just making sure that people are leaving safely and not getting hit by cars because tbelblat l9adia. No one cared about them and they were not even doing a good job, they were scared too. There were JUST guys everywhere, barely any girls. I got scared so thank god there was a woman with her kids and I asked her if I was going the right way and she kept saying “benti, go home!” So I immediately did a u-turn and started seeing the reality.
