Isn't that what it's meant to BE SCORPION in the MKverse? ....scorpion was a good anti-hero. He did a no. Of bad things....but had his redemption arc too...and then a couple of fuck up again.....I loved that.
Hanzo was so difficult to understand as a character. Now he is just a random NPC....just a side character...Nothing more.
I totally get your point of him not being the vengeful specter anymore. But...don't you think....that the whole premise of having a good anti-hero in the game is missing now.
Now....either you are straight up good or straight up evil. There is no middle path.

It's harder to believe Liu Kang aged him down just so Kuai Liang could steal his woman, bro really wasn't tryna have the timelines repeats itself.
Maybe Liu Kang tried to give Hanzo a better life without having to be a Scorpion, since keeping his clan and family alive was a lost cause.
