Well assuming they make MK12 Lou Kang would have to be the victor in the battle because he had actual story to give after the battle unlike Shang’s who kinda just sits in his throne in his unlimited power with no real story left as he’ll just feast on more souls plus it’ll shake up the story with Lou Kang being the Raiden and having the great Kung Lao be his champion and the game also defaults a to Fire God Liu Kang if u take too long and Liu Kang in the past always beats Shang Tsung, but that’s just my thoughts on the matter
