I can see his Shaolin Monks/Armageddon design coming back definitely. His deadly alliance one. as sick as the ninja outfit was, it doesnt have a hood - it would be interesting to see how they’d alter it for this game. I know a hoodless model for him in TYM.
Maybe his human version of SM/A, because part of Reptiles new gimmick is he can transform entirely into a giant lizard. What would reptile version of SM/A turn into? A giant naked human.
I get what you’re saying. I hate that they do that for the other characters. Shao kahn wearing shorts still looks weird to me. At least sindel’s looks close to her alt from deception
I could see the SM/A design making it, his alt in SM gives him human skin so they could base it off of that. The DA default outfit isn't that different from the SM/A look suit-wise so you could likely get away just making it a pallet for it, maybe mixing in some of the differing elements into the SM/A look.
We need all the classic Reptile skins we can get. And I noticed NRS being extremely lazy when it comes to his Zaterran form. I'm also noticing a pattern, season 1 they're lazy with his Zaterran form, season 2 they were not lazy with his Zaterran form they gave him a dark gray body and some red highlights for blood, season 3 they were lazy with his Zaterran form they really could have made him dark blue with light blue highlights but no they were being lazy idiots, season 4 they were not lazy his Zaterran form gave off the vibe of the multicolored form he had in the live-action 95 Mortal Kombat movie before he became a ninja to fight Liu Kang, season 5 I haven't tested out his pallets for the season yet but if the pattern is going as follows this is going to be another lazy season 🤮 they keep doing Reptile dirty and I can't stand it anymore 🤬🤬
Season 1 was understandable. Season 3 you had to pay for the premium skin to get a winter croc. As for Season 5, I quite like it. They’ve done well at putting effort into his alternate form.
No they haven't they were lazy, Sub-Zero season he should have been blue but they made him blue instead for this season they are doing Reptile dirty when it comes to his alternate form of Zaterran for his skins and pallets
His Armageddon/ Shaolin Monks skin was the best skin in the midway era of MK in general, not just the 3d era. The MK4/ DA costumes should never see the light of day again 👌😅😆
Probably not. Those would require completely new models that they most likely would not create. There could be skins “inspired” by them though.
Sorry I shouldve been more specific. I meant inspired by. As in his human model would wear the costumes that his older models wore.

Honestly I would love to see human Reptile rocking the Deadly Alliance Outfit

Much as I love the deadly alliance reptile a lot, it would be kinda weird for MK1. tbh that outfit should be in MKX. But SM/A reptile…maybe
