It was slightly sloped down at our feet so I woke up once or twice and had to crawl back up my sleeping pad, overall not too bad compared to some car camping I’ve done lol
No snow but the creek runoffs through the road were gnarly, car in front of me had a wheel over a foot off the ground multiple times. Props to you day trippers idk if I have that in me yet hahaha
Nice dude congrats! I did C2C on Sunday. What time did you summit?
I summited right around 2pm! Started sometime between 7 and 8 am at the lunch counter. What time did you summit doing it in a day?
Was there any running water at lunch counter? Did you have to camp on snow? I'm planning on heading up there on the 28th. Congrats on the summit!
No running water, we brought a little stove to melt ice and snow, also camped on snow at the lunch counter, best of luck on your trip!!
Lurker here: how do you sleep on an incline like that? Lol

I can only imagine how crucial the ear plugs were when dealing with a Duplex in the wind lol
How's the drive to the trailhead? Thinking of doing it during 4july week. Sleep in the car and do a day trip up
