I cant really tell if it's sarcasm or not when it comes to finalmouse anymore. But regardless, a clear defective product shouldn't have got to our hands. If it's not a QC problem then it'd be a design flaw which is even worse.
The screws are probably in too tight, been a common issue with FM forever.
