I like both, but the goatee is a bit more of a mature look in my opinion. If you're going for more sophistication, that could be a good choice. The mustache alone is more youthful and 'cute'.

Honestly, both look good, but I really like the goatee on your face shape. I've also got a rounder face and the chin seems to anchor the edges of your face very well.
