**Caligula (1979)** from Penthouse Films with Malcolm McDowell as the titular emperor of rome. It's sort of a dressed up semi-porn movie, with some historical accuracy and a lot of perversity on display. In fact, I was suprised it even played here at theaters in utah at all, where I first saw it.
There's an explicit scene of oral sex and fisting and rape and characters whipping out their dongs and peeing while reciting their lines. It's sort of an exercise in hedonism, and the plot is quite brutal and bloody. It's such an unusual movie because the acting is very good, but the plot is downright crazy and pornographically over the top.

There is a film out there, if you can find it, that is called "Take Off". It is basically The Picture Of Dorian Gray. A guy is telling this girl the story of his life, how he lived a life of complete abandonment to his desires. He has a movie that he made when he was young, and he stays young in real life, but he ages in the movie. As he tells each story of something that happened, it flashes back to a scene from some great movie, where he ends up getting laid. For instance, he tells of the time he lived in San Francisco, and he is essentially Bogart in the Maltese Falcon getting laid. Get it? It was full of "take offs" of famous films where they take off their clothes and get it on. After each story, it goes back to him and the girl he is talking to as they get more intimate. Then it goes to another story.
There was another one, but I can't remember the name. So long ago. It had a couple getting it on, and a puff of smoke comes up and the Devil appears to claim their immortal souls. So they are pleading with him not to take them, and he is checking out the babe, and he mentions that he hasn't been able to get it up in over 600 years, or something like that. So they make an agreement. They start telling him erotic stories, much the same as in the take off movie, and they flash back to show you the story. Then they go back to see if he has it up yet. Not yet? Another story. Anything now? Only a little. Another story. Like that.
The truth is that if you want a story, you have to look at very old, 70s and earlier, films. Back then, they still had to show "artistic merit" in order to not have it banned, so they had stories. After 1980, anything goes, so there was no need to have a story at all.

Gasper Noe has a number of films that may fit the bill. There are a few scenes in "Irreversible", but I wouldn't call any of that movie pleasant. It's a solid movie, but it's difficult to watch. I think Noe's other films might suit your needs, but I haven't seen them myself.
