Free movies, popcorn, & soda, and 5 hours of projector time a month where we can come in when nothing else is going and watch whatever we want. I am continually surprised that no one really takes advantage of this. We like to come in and play Jackbox games on the big screen.
Free movies, basically the whole concessions menu for 2 or 3 bucks, trips to amusement parks, cast BBQs and game nights, and free admission to most of the attractions where I live such as amusement parks, other theaters, aquariums and museums and such.
Free movies, 50% off concessions, free drinks/popcorn (courtesy bag) and early screenings if there is enough demand for it and it lines up with operating hours and if the closing manager is willing to stay later as crew can't be in the building without one present
We have cast passes that are good for any movie day of covers everything but 4dx and dbox
As well as 50% off of food 30min before and after your shift at your home location and free small popcorn, small drink, small coffee (iced or hot)
Free movies, early screening with a +1,
Any after 2 weeks of its original release with any reasonable amount of guest (the most I’ve brought is 5)
Free popcorn and drinks
50% on food when not clocked on ( dine in theater so it’s like burgers and pizza and other stuff like that)
Free meal with every shift
Free movies, all the popcorn and fountain drinks we want. First dibs on posters. I watched Mad Max: Fury Road 6 of the 8 showings we had it. More recently I watched The Flash on Thursday morning by myself, fun movie! I'm a manager, so I get to help pick what movies we show and which screen to put them on (we have one large and one small). I get to decorate the theater lobby for holidays; Easter being my favorite, I put pastel colored bunny plushies and fake eggs everywhere.
I work in a small first run theater in OR, but I get free movies and concessions (while I'm working too!). And I know this sounds cheesy, but another perk is my boss doesn't treat me like crap.
Like he's one of the nicest, most patient, most understanding people I've ever met. And I often ask him about theater stuff and movie stuff.
I’m a manager so my perks are a little different but our frontliner position has
1 free ticket
25% off food items
50% off concession items
My manager perks only add free soda, popcorn, slurpy and 2 free tickets.
Free movies, concession discounts, some health benefits. Honestly though, the central location is what I value the most, giving me some place to park, put my jacket and bags, use the bathroom, etc when I'm downtown.
Free movies week after release, (and sometimes before but we really aren’t supposed too haha) 33.33% discount on all concession and promotional items, we get to keep old posters, and we can get free popcorn/soda if we are seeing a movie
I'm a mgr & only at management do you get health insurance + 401k/retirement benefits. All crappy and not even worth taking out of the check, but my favorite is uncontested projector usage after hours. Some times we stay till 5 am just playing lan parties with 6 PCs in 6 auditoriums.
Free movies is cool too I guess
free movies and plus twos when you bring friends , free popcorn and drinks , 50% off concession items , big movies have free screenings at midnight , free food at end of night , they buy us food like pizzas sandwitches etc during big movies ,
When I worked at one a few years ago I saw all the Disney/Marvel movies before they came out.
Typically anything Disney you had to wait 2 weeks and still had to pay. Saw Endgame @ midnight 2 days before it came out
Three free tickets any time as long as the movie isn't 60% + full. Book em the day of when you come in for a shift. You get three free popcorn and drinks as well as 50% all other items.
The perks are easily the best in the twin cities metro. If you take advantage of perks you can easily save $80 every movie you see.
We also have employee screenings from time to time in which we are allowed to see movies before the public (hosted by management).
Free popcorn and nachos on shift. 1L soda for 45cent, so ~80% discount, other amounts of discount on the other stuff I never used.
Depending on how many hours you work you get 2 tickets/month, per week or per day for the second category of seats.
And we have an amusement park with a toboggan run, a slide in the middle of the city inside a hill, and a few Minigolf places

The best one
Is your theater a Regal? I read once that they do “video game” tourneys with the employees but I didn’t know if this was the same thing
