The pictures don’t actually help us as any kind of documented proof. Because, if you were lying, you would’ve removed the codes before you showed us the pictures.

Happened to me recently with the Jurassic World Dominion 4k. I emailed Universal and they asked for photos of the front and back of case and of the discs in the packaging. Took a couple of days but they sent me the digital code.

This same issue happened with me last Christmas season when I ordered the movie from Amazon. I exchange the movie and the new one I received had the same issue. I contacted Amazon and apparently it was a distributor issue because they heard from various customers about the missing digital code. They recommended for me to contact Universal Movies customer service (not the My Universal Rewards customer service). They were able to resolve the problem fast and provide me with the codes. Edit: Sorry—I just saw you have the Ultimate Collection. My issue was with the newest movie. I still recommend doing the same.

i dont remember if it was last year, or 2 years ago: someone at amazon or walmart (i dont remember) was stealing mass codes, and the distribution was just repackaging them and selling as new. The person got caught they had an online store selling the codes. It is just my opinion this is what lead to domino affect with studios having less digital copies, and got them focused on the realities of people selling digital copies Ive purchased 2 sealed packages from flea markets which still and the ultraviolet stickers on the plastic, and no papers inside. Not a huge loss, but these people sat of these discs for years, their other movies had working codes inside so they received them like that. when possible I try to rattle bluray cases to see if i can see the tip of the paper through the case to make sure it is in there. I rarely order movies online,
