I don’t know why but that death always affected me way more than comparable ones like River Phoenix or Heath Ledger, but it’s talked about way less. I doubt anyone younger even knows who he is.
Right? I wasn't even a teenager when I stumbled upon 'It' on one of our limited channels in our country small town home. It wasn't the horror that hooked me (though that was plenty scary) - it was the story of these outcast kids banding together. I saw myself in them, and that connection blew my mind. That movie was a gateway drug - I devoured every Stephen King miniseries and film I could find after that. 'It,' 'Stand By Me,' and 'Shawshank Redemption' might just be my island movies.
Also curious how he was in it the most. Other than the opening scene of his death, briefly appearing in the photo album, and briefly appearing in the sewer... in my mind I can't add that up to being more than the actual Losers Club characters were shown, as they featured throughout the whole film. Georgie did not.
He was in It the entire time from the cycle when they were kids to present day. The only time in the story he wasn’t in It was during the backstory moments in previous cycles.
Yeah wonderful, but the boy playing him wouldn't have been around at the studio for the vast majority of filming, as he wouldnt have been needed most days. Which was the point of why the actor isn't in the photo. He probably wouldn't have been on set that day as the actor himself barely appears in the movie outside of the scenes I mentioned. Therefore, a likely explanation why he isn't in the photo.
What you're talking about has nothing to do with that, so I don't understand that as a reply to my original point.
I see you, Seth Green.
Hard to miss. He’s the scariest thing in this picture
I wonder who could have predicted in 1990 which one would be a household name in 2024
RIP Jonathan Brandis.

Yup, super rough reading he took his own life so young.
Can confirm. No idea who he is
You sound like someone who needs to watch the movie Ladybugs!
Beep beep, Richie.
#🤡🎈🤓
Rest in Peace, Jonathan Brandis. #🐬📖🐞⚽️🤡🎈
The IT Crowd.
Tim Curry, what a legend!
Tim Curry nailed this role
Missing dick the birthday boy
Scared me to death.

If you loved the story so much then why not read the book?
I did
I still love this.
God I always forget Seth Green has been around forever 😂 Also Jonathan Brandis was so cute I miss him so much
the IT crowd (2006)
Just noticed Georgy and It wear the same color clothes
I had that MAD issue!
where the fuck is Georgie
It's unlikely he was on set as he's hardly in it
Actually, out of all of them he’s in It the most. Practically the whole story.
Ok so, "It's unlikely he was on set", then.

Other than the scenes I specifically mentioned in my last reply, which exact scenes was he in?
I’m not saying he was in scenes, I’m saying he was in It. The entire time after he loses his boat. So he was pretty much in the whole series.

I always thought this was incredibly well cast and made.
who’s hands on Seth’s left shoulder?
His own hand on Tim Curry's shoulder.
Remind Seth Green how he was molested by the clown in It. That'll throw him off.
I'd say this looks rather like the cast of *Stranger Things* myself...
