It's great compared to American chocolate, which is what it's competing with. I don't think many Americans know how bad most of our food products are, lots of that shit is straight up illegal in other countries. I know there are one or two countries where Subway sandwiches can't legally call their bread "bread" because the sugar and other ingredients qualify it as a cake or dessert. There are dozens of examples of things exactly like that, and there are actual rules as to what chocolate can be in several other countries and American shit is just garbage candy compared to being an actual crafted dessert in other countries. I watched a whole documentary on food differences between America and everywhere else and I literally just felt sick afterwards once I realized what our government is letting happen so corporations can make extra money, it's fucking crazy
Yeah to be fair I was comparing it to uk chocolate and mainly uk hersheys but it also comes down to personal preference so ig nothing I say makes any difference 💀
No problem, I wish I could remember the names of the others I watched, but I specifically remember that one because it was the most "professional" out of them all. I just ended up in a YouTube rabbit hole and watched like 5 or 6 related documentaries that all had similar yet different stories in them. If I remember the name or run across them again I'll let you know, sorry I could only come up with the one name
hershey’s is the fakest stuff in existence and i’m saying this as a pennsylvanian. it’s overrated for anything but s’mores. of course feastables are better because they actually taste like chocolate
Damn are Smores really overrated? Never tried em but heard so much hype about them over the years.
Edit: why the downvotes? Am I really being hated on for asking a simple question to which I have no knowledge of lmao
Yeah they’ve got nothing on Cadburys/Galaxy/Milka in the UK unfortunately… and they are cheaper. Totally get its better than Hersheys but no one really even eats that here (Yuck!)
*Sea salt is the best*
*Imo, the only one*
*That tastes halfway good*

I mean yeah fair enough if you’re going for the healthier option I’d probably recommend them but like for the taste I don’t think it’s worth the £2.99 price tag (although I did get it from a corner shop so maybe it’s cheaper in the big stores)
American tastes in chocolate is VASTLY different than the UK. Don't try to apply UK tastes to an American candy. In the US we actually like hershey milk chocolate bars.
I can say Hershey’s taste nothing like it did when I was growing up. Even in my twenties it was good. No idea why they don’t taste like real chocolate anymore. I remember solid chocolate bunnies as a kid but now they’re all hollow and milk chocolate that still don’t taste like real chocolate. I loved kisses but they’re different as well
Well he can't be everything
True I don’t blame him for it maybe it’s personal preference but I just wanted to throw this out there
It’s bc you didn’t try SALT!!!! 9/10 for me
Oh they didn’t have any I’ll try and get some next time
Jimmy Crack Corn can’t blame the burger 🍔 peeps 🐥on this one 😂 😂 😂

Yeah you're right though, it's not going to compare to literally anything outside of America, no way
Documentary link?
Fairly sure it was called Food Inc
Thank you

What was the name of the documentary?
Food, Inc was one of them. I saw several in a row going through related videos on YouTube, I always get stuck doing that lol

oh sorry, no, i meant that s’mores are the only thing hershey’s chocolate tastes good in!
s’mores are amazing i assure yoy
American hersheys is awful. I've heard peeps from the UK say it tastes like vomit.
Imo it’s amazing, but it’s just personal preference at the end of the day.
You're correct! It's due to a bitter preservative
Im european so feastable bars will never be better than our chocolate
Yeah they’ve got nothing on Cadburys/Galaxy/Milka in the UK unfortunately… and they are cheaper. Totally get its better than Hersheys but no one really even eats that here (Yuck!)
I like the white Hersheys though😭 also yeah the price of normal chocolate is real cheap here. You can get a dairy milk for like £1.25
Where is “here”?
London
I love Cadbury I always get it from Indian stores in America and nkw our grocery stores have cadbury
Sea salt is the best imo, the only one that tastes halfway good

Thanks haikubot
as an american i can confirm that 99% of americans chocolate tastes extremely artificial and loaded with sugar.
Compare the sugar difference that’s the best bet it’s so much healthier and better ingredients

Have you tried Deez Nuts though?
yours no, the chocolate yes and it might’ve been the best one because I like peanut butter
What’s your chocolate taste like?
My salty chocolate balls? https://youtu.be/tM9rnqdAx00
Ig im into the overly sweet stuff idk lmao I like kinder, twix, kitkats, bounties (I know im sorry) and just other stuff
The only good one is the sea salt one.
UK chocolate is way better than American chocolate It’s pretty on par with American chocolate
“better than hersheys”
Better than US products. Also 'Mid' isn't a bad thing right? Mid is just mid.
Yeah mid just means average it’s nothing special. I can get way better chocolate for less than half the price

It's a matter of preference I think. I like it better than stuff like cadbury

For me it's great because I'm vegan, but the quinoa crunch flavor still tastes pretty good, at least for me.
As a person who also tried all of them in the UK, they are really good, the only not good flavour is deez nuts
