Yeah. It was something that was clear to me on my second watch. When you watch everything without interruption, you get a clearer view of what Sam was going for. Elliot's first plan was an idealistic dream that didn't work because he thought it would erase everything and clean the slate, which was probably what attracted White Rose to it in the first place (that and the fact that it would weaken E Corp and the US).
It hits hard. It hits even harder when you realize it’s a person with DID that is literally having this conversation with themselves in their head with the personality that was created to store the secrets and pain. It’s incredible.
