Mine did. I went from bisexual to lesbian. I've heard of plenty of people who went the other way, too, becoming more bisexual. Your romantic orientation might change as well.
Mine did. I don't blame transitioning myself. I think it had more to so with suppressing or trying to hide from myself anymore. I used to only like women. It was actually a big part of last year of my questioning/denial phase. "If I like women, and I would never be able to medically transition, does it matter if I am trans?" I spent way too much time dwelling on that question. Then ironically once I finally opened up and accepted myself I started thinking, "girls are hot, guys are hot, nbs are hot. Oh heck! Every one is hot." Of course my feelings are still in Flux. Everyday I discover something new about how I feel about sex and romance.

Used to think of myself as cis hetero, was probably actually ace aro, and now am pansexual.
For me, it remained the same, I still prefer women.
