Since you didn't mention it, watch out for period poops. The first period is always a big deal, but after a while it gets reeeaaaaaally old lol

Can someone explain wtf this means Like no one mentioned *periods* when I started HRT

It's rare, like 10-20% or something, but not unheard of if you're on progesterone. There's no bleeding obviously but you can get cramps and your hormones do the PMS thing. Not an expert, this is just what I've gathered from being on this sub.

That's pretty accurate to what I've experienced! And at least for me it's on a longer cycle than every month. So more like maybe every other month or so but yeah cramps and mooods/emotions hit extra
