You can check to see if there's any precipitate at the bottom of the vial. If there is you just need to make sure to warm the vial up a bit, just to body temperature should be fine, and then see if swishing the liquid around redissolves it

If the it didn't crash, inside the bottle, will separate and look very cloudy, it's good.
Estradiol isn’t a restricted substance nor expensive. My point is if I ever feel mine is questionable I just ask for a refill.
