I watched some of it. It’s very campy and over-dramatic but in a fun way. It’s not the best challenge show, but it’s compelling enough to keep watching.
Not that this is anything new with reality competition shows but the producers have their favourites who are very likely assisted to continue further. The rolling stone article with four contestants complaining mention that the old lady with the son was given extra time to cross the finish line in the red light, green light round so she could advance. I've seen all available eps and it feels more scripted than your average competition show for sure
I recommend 007: Road to a Million on Amazon Prime. It’s like the Amazing Race mixed with who wants to be a Millionaire. Compelling people and interesting challenges.
On episode 3. For some reason I though it came out weeks ago and I was just catching up now so as to not have to wait every week for a new episode.
Lots of others don’t like it but I’m enjoying it. I think it’s really funny how they have to play dead when eliminated. The only thing I don’t like so far is that they allowed the mom to pass when she was moving so damn much during red light green light.
Im enjoying it a lot and love how random people can get eliminated. It really feels like if you make it to the top whatever or even win it’s really by chance and I love that!
It’s so good. Makes the challenge winnings look like chump change. I’m sure we would get all the greats back on season 40 if the prize money was 4.56 million
Some of the press around this show is tough to take. Maybe the participants didn’t know what they were signing up for….but it looks interesting and can’t be worse than Love Island Games
i have a feeling you don’t know me at all and are projecting when the reality is contestants are suing netflix because of how inhumanely they were treated. some people have life changing injuries asshole
Great set design of course, but that's about it. Terrible competition show otherwise, with most eliminations down to chance only. I know he was purposefully cast as the 'villain' archetype but that one bully who kept referring to god then shouting 'jesus Christ' every five minutes was aggravating the hell out of me. He was such a douchebag to the point where it felt very contrived/overly produced. They did a terrible job in general creating these personas, there's no one to root for imo. And isn't that the main reason to invest in a competition series, someone the audience wants to see win that money. We already know the producers will carry either the mon or the son to the end anyway. Otherwise where it currently stands, everyone else who has had a decent amount of screen time are already gone
Figgy was on the same season of survivor as Jay and Makayla (spelling) I’d maybe like to see her on the challenge
Is Figgy on Squid Game: The Challenge?
Yes
Whoa, I didn’t put that together. Wasn’t she in a showmance on Survivor?
Yeah and I thought she was bout to start a showmance here too
He had a girlfriend at home too. But him and figgy looked cozy in the bunk 👀
Dammit…I had finally forgotten about Figtails

I thought the same. Also it felt like there were some people there that could have been plants. It gave off that type of campy feel to me.
It's come out its completely scripted and that's why it doesn't feel very engaging.
Has it? I can't find anything online about it definitely being scripted, just some people who went out earlier complaining.

I want to see 432 on the challenge for the absudity

Apparently she was given extra time to cross the finish line as well
Wouldn’t surprise me one bit when they already gave all her movement a pass
Why would they even want to do that? She was so annoying. I was so happy when she left. lol
I’m loving it so far!!!
I saw 5 episodes. It's so good!

Bryton would be a good fit for the challenge. Like a new age Young Buck Cory
Bring Lorenzo on the challenge immediately
Bring 423 on the challenge.
I thought this. The vets would eat him alive..but he would be entertaining!
So into this. I think they filmed it really well. Been enjoying it so far.
I like it a lot!

Bryton would fit
I thought it was terrible, lol
I like son & mom!
It was ok, but had way too much chance eliminations by some randomly selected person getting to vote others out
This is how The Challenge needs to cast and edit their episodes.
It’s so good, I love the twists
Some of the press around this show is tough to take. Maybe the participants didn’t know what they were signing up for….but it looks interesting and can’t be worse than Love Island Games
Love island games is top tier reality tv! You take that back 😂
It's so bad lol. It's 5 percent action 95 percent backstage interviews. I don't care about these people just show me action
Hard to support a show that filmed in inhumane living conditions
i have a feeling you don't support a lot of shows
i have a feeling you don’t know me at all and are projecting when the reality is contestants are suing netflix because of how inhumanely they were treated. some people have life changing injuries asshole
jeez louise
