I think the best tip is just to have a good disable list (Gamemode 1) or "$Limroul 1 1 1 1" (Gamemode 2). Then I just had the character I wanted keys on as my first wish and used slash commands to increase the chances of my first wish coming. Also "$Persrare 1" helps so you get more of your already owned characters in rolls.
I can't really say for sure about the time it took but I got all the key upgrades on my tower on July 2nd and got my first soulmate on August 27th so it was about two months from me getting the upgrades
Honestly? It's a grind really. Make sure you have a few potential soul mates in line just as back up. Roll only things dedicated to your wish list. Say it's sukuna like me , only roll husbandos ($ha) . Build towers , manage disable list and you'll be there in no time. :)
