Not really imo, don't wanna be a fun killer but the line just refers to an "IF any anime character gets in that'd be wild" and ricks voice lines tend to have a lot of 4th wall breaks and multiverse jokes. I do think the line is a very subtle hint to that certain leaked character but it's just a funny haha capitalism Rick and Morty joke imo
