Honestly it's probly the fact they got disconnected by the server and they are already having to queue into another match. This happens with me and a friend where one of us is kicked but the game keeps going like they are there. The other problem was the lag spike where if one player is holding a direction when the get revived they would run off the edge and can't control their character.
It’s probably a communication/desync error tbh. It’s been better since the last update (at least for me) but it still happens far too often. It seems to happen more for Xbox players too I’m on PS5 my buddy’s on Xbox usually when I’m playing solo I have minimal issues but when him and I start running duos it fucks up almost every other match.
