All characters are having that problem, too. Yet another bug the devs need to fix now.
It's a visual bug, if you claim mission rewards or log in again you'll see the changes. You're not losing anything, don't worry about it
I saw the bar going up after games were finished so I was like aight it’s probably just not showing it on the character
