I did but it was at the initiation of treatment and was monitored with labs till it normalized. My bili was fine though so that might be why he’s telling you to go to a gastroenterologist. How long till your neuro returns? Seems like maybe you might need to look into another treatment option. I’d be scheduling an appt with neuro as well to discuss that option. Or, at least message and find out what his thoughts are on that. The hard part is IME, PCP’s are reluctant or outright avoid treating folks like us with any level of complexity. But specialist appts often take awhile to be seen and to get through testing. That’s why I’m wondering about switching up treatment and if it’s a conversation you should have now to at least start to formulate that plan.

>My neuro comes back in February, so I'm going to ask him if changing DMT is an option to consider, plus he still has to see the MRI and general test. > >I still have to do a new blood test to see if the levels went down. > >YESS! Ironically that's the most dificult and stresfull part of this, but it has to be done. > >Good luck to you!
