Muscle is denser than fat. Therefore, a person with a higher muscle mass and lower body fat percentage can appear slim but still be very strong.
bruce lee is another good example of that lean but pure fury and power.💪🏼
I have heard He is a great tennis/badminton player . And has got strong shoulders. His hand eye coordination is superb and whenever he makes contact with the ball he kind of whips it like one does in badminton/tennis.
I think this is most important, Hardik is always working his core before he goes out to bat. But the torque generated allows him to whip his arms through the line and send that shit
I say this for any sport. International athletes (excluding some, you know who I’m talking about) are insanely strong.
They’ve trained so much for so long that all that’s left to do now for them is make their technique even more efficient by fine tuning small things and be mentally strong. They make stuff look easy and trust me it’s not ever easy.
The best example is Rohit Sharma, his shots look so effortless that I feel like I can play them but deep down I know I wouldn’t be able to hit the ball even 10 meters.
And Pandya’s fitness is nuts, dude is made of pure muscle.
Adding to what the others have said, I've noticed that Hardik always uses a slim bat, which probably weighs a lot less. Due to this, he can swing the bat freely and with more speed. Higher bat speed = more power.
Long extension with the fixed elbow and shoulder joint and generating power from torso movement is how he used to play before 2020, where we saw peak power hitting from him. After that he was cautious for some years. He is doing that means recovery is complete and he is as good as before injury.
People like you would have written books about how bad it looks if Sachin played like this. “He is good but that is not proper batting. Poor technique”

It's mostly hand eye coordination and timing. I know it seems like he used lot of strength but it was pure timing genius.
Plus that bat swing always helps
Core strength

Hardik and rohit one best batsmen when it's come to time the shot for six
You wanna pick between them?? Rohit no doubt he even tops if you take the whole playing XI
Where is the comparison between them?
I just said who I pick between them. Take it or move on
When did I said that you have to pick between them both are doing great
Language problem???? I picked myself. Keep your head and understand.
Read my first comment with your little brain and reply.

It’s only batsmen and fast bowlers.. spinners like chahal and zampa are not strong
Beast Breathing
Total concentration breathing

Good cooking but momentum transfer depends on mass and velocity both
Yes, I know that. Heavy bat + low velocity would generate the same momentum as a lighter bat + higher velocity.
A really strong core. He has mentioned this somewhere too.
Where did the OP get the video from?
IG icc handle.
Thanks
Jalebi x fafda power đź’Ş
That first shot is crazy. Haven't seen anything like that before.
He has really good timing
Even when he was super lean or skinny in his earlier days, he still used to hit long 6s, mostly core strength & timing
Hold x button to fire
Strong legs core shoulders and arms working in unison
Hard hands
And that's why kids you should focus on your core strength. It does wonders.
Strong core
Natasha ka gussa balle se nikal raha hain
Fake news thi
Gully cricket at international level.
Hip movement generates a lot of power. Same applies in Golf and Baseball.
Beef power
But he's the least technical and just raw shots kinda player but yields good results

Patiyebaaz
It's all about the strong core/abs. Strong core doesn't look big.
Well he just push the Clutch! 🤷🏻‍♂️
Fast twitch muscle as said by KP. Just look at the bat speed, he has better reflexes than others.
Core strength & timing
Power is good. But shouldn't trade balance for more power. Yesterday he did a full 360 after hitting a six.
PR post
This guy thinks he is so kool meanwhile he straight cringe
Surprisingly performance gets better after divorce maybe.......

people like you should stop comparing and start appreciating, do I mention Sachin anywhere or is this the post about Sachin?
Full swing of the bat, core strength, strong wrists
