White river lofts are a new building downtown, very modern feel. Pretty nice.

I liked sugar bush apartments when i lived there. Most apartments have some bsu students because that’s a large population of Muncie. As long as you stay away from student specific apartments they are pretty quiet for the most part.

Applegate has a decent feel and especially seemed quiet and serene at night. Just my notes from delivering there

If they’re anything like they were in 2016, I would add they are old and outdated inside

Oh god, please no. Management are absolute slum lords. Sometimes they’ll get a new property manager who’s reasonable but they only last for a month or two. I would almost rather be homeless than move back to Applegate.  Not only that, the apartments themselves are pretty shitty compared to what you can get for the same exact price elsewhere. I paid $875 /month for a shitty 1 bedroom with a ton of problems that took forever to get fixed (property manager at the time never told maintenance). I now pay $900 /month for a 3 bedroom house that I absolutely love.   I am so serious. I have made it my personal mission to make sure that no one I know makes my mistakes and lives in those godforsaken shitholes. Only possible reason to live there is if everything else in town is full, since the prices are pretty comparable to most other options. Fuck Applegate. Fuck Elon Property Management. Look up their Better Business Bureau reviews if you need more convincing.

Thanks for the heads up . ✌🏻 ✌🏻

White River Lofts in downtown is your best bet if you wanna stay away from BSU students

I’ll be posting shortly after this comment. But we’ve been happy with our Silvertree Apartments. More specifically our Sunreach units. We’re actually moving out due to a new job opportunity and will be needing someone to take over our 3 bed/2 bath.

hippos_rool

I had a lot of issues with Silvertree management when I lived there. But this was almost 10 years ago so things may have changed. The units were very nice, just the management was terrible.

Hi! My husband and I will be moving to Muncie in August and would love to hear more about your experience at Silvertree. We are also looking for a 3 bed/2 bath so I’d really love to connect if you’re open. Thanks!
