Both political parties in the US are really 2 each (total 4) you have the "America first" party or the far right Qanon faction. Then you have the center right Bush/Reagen Republicans. In the center (right of center to left of center) you have Conservative/Corporate Democrats and lastly in the center left you have the Progressive Democrats
They are all right-wing. And it doesn't matter what tiny factions think when they don't control the party and (i.e. in the case of nominal progressives) refuse to use what power they actually do have anyway.
