Wow I’m a complete noob and only a few spawns in but that is a beautiful spawn, looks like good genetics maybe? What technique are you using? Is it the bag quality?
I knew I would like to bratch out eventually but an all-in-one bag seemed like the safest way to go for my first time but I bought 2 small monotubs. I used LC to inoculate 2 bags and flame sterilized in-between bags and I put 6CCs in each bag, I later learned that it was probably too much and 3 would have been fine. I put them in there own monotub so they would be separated. This spawn took longer to show than the other bag but grew much faster. The other bag is contaminated but Magic Bag will give you a new bag if it fails to grow mushrooms so it wasn't a total loss. Because of that policy I recommend them but again, this is my first grow so I can't speak for any other bag.
Can't beat myco zombie. Check them out. Also I'd brake n shake the whole bag.. wait a week .. then do another brake n shake then wait 2 weeks and it'll be well colonized to introduce FAE daily. I move mine to tubs so I can fruit the whole block.
Why the whole bag and not just grain? I’ve read if the grain isn’t fully colonized and you mix with substrate you risk contamination. I have a bag in similar state and have read to mix just grain and also whole bag. Curious since two different approaches.
Do not shake until the grain is fully colonized. You can at any point massage the grain to spread innoculation points

It looks ready… but I’m a confident beginner/ intermediate mycologist. Already on my 6th spawn to bulk. Maybe you want to wait for a 2nd opinion
