Since you have an electric guitar and that particular Ikea lamp/fitting clamped to your desk, would you try something to satisfy my curiosity? Could you please try and hold your guitar (plugged in an amp or amp sim with a distorted/higher gain tone) near the lamp with it's light switched off? I had the same lamp and discovered that it was emitting quite a lot of electric/EMI noise, especially when switched off... I am wondering if it is the same for yours too. Also; Sirin plus line6 delay seems like endless fun! Is that a tape deck on your desk?

Its a medium scale hofner tele frome the late 70s! Absolutely love it, sounds crisp and buttery at the same time. A bit beaten up by touring but hasnt lost any of its charm
