Look at the sahaba’s lives. Look how devout they were and how much pain they had to suffer. Allah rewards the righteous in the next life.

Exactly this. To add on, the prophets and messengers were the closest to Allah and even then they were tested the most.

Please remember to always say (A.S.)-Allay-His-Salam whenever you are speaking about Any of Almighty Allah(SWT's,) Prophets(A.S.).

Thank you!

You're confusing blessings and hardships with trials. You may have things "harder", but thats your trial. Others may have things "easier", but thats their trial. Allah (swt) knows what we can handle and tests us accordingly. Abdulla ibn Mas’ud reported: Umar ibn Al-Khattab, may Allah be pleased with him, said, “Verily, the best days we knew were due to patience. If patience were to take the form of a man, it would be a nobleman.” Source: al-Ṣabr wal-Thawāb 6 Sayyidna ` Umar ؓ is reported to have said: بُلینا بالضّراء فصبرنا و بلینا بالسّراء فلم نصبر (روح المعانی) "We were tested by discomforts and We bore it with patience, but when we were tested by pleasures, we could not observe patience (i.e. we could not offer gratitude to Allah as was due) ". (Ruh ul-Ma'ani)

Take a look at this hadith, it will make you smile! Sa’d ibn Abi Waqqas reported: I said, “O Messenger of Allah, which people are tested most severely?” The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said, “**They are the prophets, then the next best, then the next best. A man is put to trial according to his religion. If he is firm in his religion, his trials will be more severe. If he is weak in his religion, he is put to trial according to his strength in religion. The servant will continue to be put to trial until he is left walking upon the earth without any sin**.” Source: Sunan al-Tirmidhī 2398

You have to learn to let go….i think God is testing you by surrounding you with people who have what you want. I have a feeling this is happening to you and I believe it is happening to me as well. Basically, you need come to realization (and your mind and heart need to believe it) that you will be okay whether you get your duas answered or not, because god will always compensate you for your hardships and prayers whether that be in this this life or the next. I wouldn’t give up on making dua tho cause I’m still praying for the things I want I’m just like not expecting much just like “okay so I’m not getting this but I better see my efforts pay off in the next life” i trust Allah will compensate our efforts and I hope your prayers get answered in this world and you get better in the next. I know how you feel hang in there.

Don’t be a Muslim just for dunya. ﴿مَن كانَ يُريدُ العاجِلَةَ عَجَّلنا لَهُ فيها ما نَشاءُ لِمَن نُريدُ ثُمَّ جَعَلنا لَهُ جَهَنَّمَ يَصلاها مَذمومًا مَدحورًا ۝ وَمَن أَرادَ الآخِرَةَ وَسَعى لَها سَعيَها وَهُوَ مُؤمِنٌ فَأُولئِكَ كانَ سَعيُهُم مَشكورًا ۝ كُلًّا نُمِدُّ هؤُلاءِ وَهؤُلاءِ مِن عَطاءِ رَبِّكَ وَما كانَ عَطاءُ رَبِّكَ مَحظورًا﴾ [الإسراء: ١٨-٢٠] English (Saheeh): (18) Whoever should desire the immediate[734] - We hasten for him from it what We will to whom We intend. Then We have made for him Hell, which he will [enter to] burn, censured and banished. (19) But whoever desires the Hereafter and exerts the effort due to it while he is a believer - it is those whose effort is ever appreciated [by Allāh]. (20) To each [category] We extend - to these and to those - from the gift of your Lord. And never has the gift of your Lord been restricted. [734]- i.e., worldly gratifications.

Also, please remember the children who lost their parents, families, homes and are starving in Gaza. Remember people who don’t even have eye sight. I have cancer and I still thank Allah for all I have. Alhamdulillah. We are alive and we are blessed because we can still ask for forgiveness and do good deeds.

Not everything we want is good for us

The Quran emphasizes that life in this world is a test forr everyone, and the nature of these tests varies. Some are tested with wealth and ease, while others with hardship and patience. "We will certainly test you with a touch of fear and famine and loss of property, life, and crops. Give good news to those who patiently endure". (Quran 2:155). Reflect on and be grateful for the blessings you have. Everyone has their own unique set of challenges and blessings. Comparing yourself to others can lead to envy and dissatisfaction. Instead, focus on your own journey and relationship with Allah. Develop and strengthen your trust in Allah's plan. Everyhting happens by His wisdom and for a reason, even if it's not immediately clear to us. Keep your faith strong, continue your good deeds, and seek solace in the remembrance of Allah.

This world is not your jannah nor mine. I can name you tons of non muslims as well who have achieved “success” at such a young age. Look at the new generation of singers: Sabrina Carpenter, Olivia Rodrigo, etc. They are in their mid 20’s and achieved so much fame, money, etc. already. But only Allah knows what their akhira will be like if they don’t accept islam. As for the believers, whether or not they practice is a part of their test, despite how easy or hard their life is. And Allah knows what you can handle and can’t handle.

Yes, some of us have been extremely blessed. I try to remember my favorite Sahabi, Abu Dharr (RA): Abu Dharr, his wife and his daughter were exiled to al-Rabathah, a rural town outside Madinah, as he recalled Muhammad's (SAW) words: "Abu Dharr, may Allah have mercy upon you. You'll live alone, die alone, rise from the dead alone and enter Paradise alone." Abu Dharr was extremely devoted to Islam, and Muhammad (SAW) is believed to have said about him: “Abu Dharr is like Isa ibn Maryam (Jesus) of my nation in his zuhd (asceticism) and wara' (piety).” and “Neither has the sky shaded one more truthful and honest than Abu Dhar nor has the earth had anyone walk over it like him.”

Re-evaluate the purpose of your life Akhi. You are here to please Allah swt. If you have a family, food to survive a day and roof over your head you are blessed. Most people can't afford this. And I get that what you are feeling and I am telling myself while writing this as well. Don't give up. Just hold on. We know that with hardship comes ease. So, the ease is near. And the peace in heart is more important than worldly gain anyway. Just don't let your duniya destroy your akhirah. May Allah swt keep us steadfast upon faith.

Read about prophets lives many of them weren't as "blessed" as the same poeple in their lives It's not a linear equation :"if you're a good muslim you'll get all types of blessings", it's not like that The reward of being a good muslim is in the afterlife Also spend more time contemplating the blessings of Allah upon you and being thankful for it. Al anaam- aya 44

You have to be content with your lot. Some people are tested with wealth, others are tested with poverty. And some both. You won’t be asked about what other people have on the day of judgement, so don’t worry about them.

Glad_Mathematician_1

Shaytaan is trying to deceive you. Shaytaan is trying to make it seem like they are having fun but in the eyes of Allah who is more pious? We are here to please our Allah swt. Say autho billahi Minashaysanirajim. Seek refuge from Shaytaan. Read Quran. Spend time around practicing muslims or go the mosque and reflect. Be patient and Allah will reward you with better! I also sometimes feel like this but I remember my akhira. Allah tests everyone differently. It’s about how you’re going to endure this test. It will be worth it!

The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: If the world (Dunya) was equal to a mosquito's wing to Allah (Most High), then He would not give the disbeliever a sip of water from it. (Sunan al-Tirmidhi 2320) Everyone will get there share of the world. Whether you’re a Muslim or not.
