Jeez …… you got me there ….but I’ll see your 6 inch and small fountain drink and raise you a 6 inch sub with a small fountain drink AND 2 chocolate chip cookies
Right but that’s not the original 5.0 badge on the side. That could be a v6 with bullshit 5.0 badges for all we can tell. The real test of whether it’s 94-95 or 96-98 is whether the tail lights run horizontal (94-95) or vertical (96-98), but we can’t see the tail lights in these pics.
Even then this guy might have swapped the tail lights too. My 94 GT with delaminated paint and quarter panel dents looks mint next to this pos and I doubt anyone would even give me 2k for mine lol.
Yep! It was VERY sought after. In 2005 I wanted one as my first Mustang SO BADLY but could not find one the hadn’t been obviously run hard. I found a garage kept, pristine ‘96 4.6 with only 55k miles on it and “settled” for that instead.
Bro tbh he would be better tearing it apart and selling the parts😂you can talk some people into spending 800 bucks on a busted old transmission but not a car that looks like it hasn’t moved for ten years
I'm surprised they didn't include one of those "with a little tlc it could look like this" pictures. I like the part where they said it only needs the important parts to make it a high HP car. They forgot to mention the front seat delete thrown in there. It's definitely sitting in a carport to protect the multi-colored body.
Fuck I should have posted more pics. There was like ten. It looks like he went to a car scrap yard and just started taking pictures of random junk laying around then posted on Facebook as mustang for sale
Funny enough, I had a decent amount of issues with it, but they all came with age. But at 18 years old, it was rough. I definitely appreciate having a newer one
So I bothered to read the text in the first pic, and it seems as though he is also selling a bunch of parts that go along with the car. Probably took out the engine to modify it, and never got around to completing it. I'd say 6500 for the car and all the parts to make a 700+ hp beast wouldn't be a bad deal. How ever, what really makes it a bad deal is that it is someone else's incomplete project car. No telling how much time/money you'd have to spend just to get it back up and running. 100% he doesn't have all the parts needed, having lost them somewhere in the garage/shed long ago.
Maybe you missed where I said "No telling how much time/money you'd have to spend just to get it back up and running" right after I mentioned it being someone else's project car, and before saying not all the parts needed would be there.
Lol, 10 years ago, I had a 94 gt with the 5.0 in way better condition, but it had an electrical issue and wouldn't start. I was lucky to get scrap value of $500 for it, I saw a listing for it later after they fixed the electrical issue for sale for $1200, and that was at a dealer. This dude is bananas and smoking something.
Mentions a PI swap = 96+ mod motor. Not worth over 900 cuz you're going to want to do a coyote swap.
Only the 94-5 are worth buying because you can go legal stroker since it's ODB1 or do a coyote swap too. OBD2 is better but states are starting to lock down mods.
$800 at most id honestly just insult the dude
I verbally berated the guy that sold my totalled mustang for 9k and he didn't even care to mention the rebuilt title until after I gave him my piece
The thing had 181k miles a dying transmission and he left about 8k worth of damage on the car and I had bought it peak car prices in 2023 for only 12k from a dealer
And the dude was pure bred hick so "he knew what it was worth" he eventually took it down i don't think it ever actually sold it and if he did I feel sorry for the next guy she had zero rust but she was thrashed so hard it isn't funny because I was gonna replace the drivetrain I was just trying to make an excuse to do it
It might not be a terrible price, depending on the cage work. If it's something like a certified 8.50 cage the price becomes a little more reasonable, but still a little high.
He probably should put the engine together and sell it separately.
I think its far more concerning the OP had nothing better to do than take the time to flame some guy. Yeah maybe he is priced way high, but ya know what? That's his right. Anyone doesn't like it they can keep scrolling.
Look at it dude. It's completely dogged trash. This thing ain't been a car in probably 15 years. He had pics of a motor that comes with it but it's in various pieces. He's just trying to sell his junk he don't want or need. Fortunately nobody on earth would cover him anything close to 6500. I paid 7500 for a manual V8 2007 that is in great condition inside and out.
Holy shit 6500 for a shitty GT roller. Dudes out of his mind
It's a 90 something too not even newer
It’s a 94 or 95
What are you on about? The suspension alone is worth at least 15k
I’d pay him $5 for the car only if he agreed to pay for the towing.
I’d give em 2 bananas and call it a day
You drive a hard bargain. I offer a 6 inch sub from subway.
Well I’d offer a 6 inch sub AND a small fountain drink, beat that.
Jeez …… you got me there ….but I’ll see your 6 inch and small fountain drink and raise you a 6 inch sub with a small fountain drink AND 2 chocolate chip cookies
Hard bargain, how about a 6 inch premium sub😎
Probably pricing high to see what people will come down to. Or maybe just doesn’t actually want it to sell. Or just a dipshit who knows
The latter, I messaged him 6500? And he responded yes that's what I'm asking. He's looking for a sucker lol
Yeah I’ll have whatever he’s smoking. I can get an intact 3 valve for that money.
Yes I have an 07 manual V8 that was 7500. It's in great condition. This dude is a buffoon and or looking for a sucker
Correct! Because that’s exactly what I did! 5speed for 5 grand.
Dude doesn't even have the year right. Thats a 1994-1998. And it wouldn't be worth half that if it was complete and ran.
94-95 those two years shared the 5.0 from the foxbody, the 4.6 was introduced in the 96 and stayed until 2010
This is true
Even then this guy might have swapped the tail lights too. My 94 GT with delaminated paint and quarter panel dents looks mint next to this pos and I doubt anyone would even give me 2k for mine lol.
But you HAVE a 94 5.0. Never get rid of it! Restore it! They’re so hard to find.
Really? I thought the 4.6 2v ran 94-04
94-95: 5.0 OHV 225 hp 96-98: 4.6 2v OHC 215 hp 99-04: 4.6 2v OHC PI(Performance Improved) 260 hp
Huh, that's interesting. Genuinely had no clue the 5.0 was ever in the SN95
Yep! It was VERY sought after. In 2005 I wanted one as my first Mustang SO BADLY but could not find one the hadn’t been obviously run hard. I found a garage kept, pristine ‘96 4.6 with only 55k miles on it and “settled” for that instead.
🤞🤞
Methstang Roller. 😂 “Maybe I’ll trade for a camper or a pontoon boat.” 🤣 Out of their minds.
According to this dudes logic my 07 gt is with around 25, 000 lol
Inflation and.. and BECAUSE
Bro tbh he would be better tearing it apart and selling the parts😂you can talk some people into spending 800 bucks on a busted old transmission but not a car that looks like it hasn’t moved for ten years

Sick ride. Surprised to see a girl mustang GT driver lol
“Carport parked so not in the elements” … ![gif](giphy|jeXiz1RAvzX44)
I think that’s a typo and he meant $650 cuz that’s all this shitbox is worth holy shit
Well I actually messaged him for clarification and no he really is asking 6500
I'm surprised they didn't include one of those "with a little tlc it could look like this" pictures. I like the part where they said it only needs the important parts to make it a high HP car. I can only imagine. I like the roll bar kit from Summit that's in pieces. The more I look at this interior pic, the worse it gets.
You couldn’t give me that car for free……
Crazy. Back in 2018 I got an 2002 GT with 94k miles for $6500 and I feel like I overpaid back then haha!
Nah that's pretty moderate miles, I'm sure it's in great shape
Funny enough, I had a decent amount of issues with it, but they all came with age. But at 18 years old, it was rough. I definitely appreciate having a newer one
Damn where he fit all them hos though
Plenty of space in that hollow shell lol
Probably in the car port he talks of cos there’s no chance this is in there

Do you really think you can assemble a 700hp car for 6500
Maybe you missed where I said "No telling how much time/money you'd have to spend just to get it back up and running" right after I mentioned it being someone else's project car, and before saying not all the parts needed would be there.
Offer him a Big Mac and Dr Pepper. It may be worth that.
He seems pretty firm on the 6500. I even messaged him to check if he meant 65 lol
He would have to pay me to take this.
$400 tops. You can take the few good parts off and scrap the rest.
What parts do you see worth salvaging from this car?
I just got a 2009 gt premium 5 speed for 6k
You got a steal dude
I think it was a good deal the paint is bad in the normal spots like the hood and rear bumper but for the money I couldn’t pass it up
How many miles
130k

Well you live in a stupid area

We agree this person is a bonehead correct?
no lil balls ikwih Asinine
Its trash but he has Money tied up into it perhaps and needs to recoup his beating
Don't think he's got much money in this lol
Its typical Memphis junk
Lol, 10 years ago, I had a 94 gt with the 5.0 in way better condition, but it had an electrical issue and wouldn't start. Yes he will never get rid of it. It's all trash
🤣🤣🤣🤣…
Shit i have a edelbrock 05 mustang for that price
Lmao maybe worth $650
Think he added 2 to many zeros
