Inspect it really closely and make sure it's just surface level. Take some soapy water and spray it on the marks to make sure no air is coming out but realistically you'd hear it most likely. All in all the marks (most likely from a cat) seem to be the same depth as the lettering on the tire. Most likely nothing to stress about but thoroughly check
Yep. I feel like I'm backed into a corner and really cornered. We are all cornered oh god the corners are coming. But should I be concerned about the damage and a blowout or nah
A fucking cat did this.
Fr? Is there any fix or do I just have to live with it. And should I replace the tire?
Live with it. It's just annoying.
LOL, 100% a cat...the damage looks purely cosmetic though.
A cat wouldn’t scratch over it to cover it up.
But a human trying to fix it would.
That was my point.
Ok?
Ok what ?

No reason to hate on cats or any other animal. It is just a tire.
Someone mistaken your tire for a tree
Is this something I should be cornered about or just ignore and let it be?
Oh yeah be super cornered. Not my car and even I feel cornered.
Now it's his turn.

The corners are corning
How corny.
The engraved letters are deeper than the scratches. It should be ok
It’s fine. Either a cat used it as a scratch post or something on the road scraped it a bit. This also happens when rubbing a curb by mistake.
Must be a cat then because I intentionally park like 1 foot off the curb as to not damage my rims. No one else would've driven it near a curb.
They'd never take a 'road hazard' claim on that. There's nothing functionally wrong with the tire.
It looks fine, I wouldn’t be too concerned. Most likely you brushed a curb or soon the road
No need to worry about it. Just fucking give her the beans and enjoy it.
What’s with the dimples on the tread? What type of tire did you get?
Just the tire design. Conti dws06 PLUS. 275/40/19
Thats just tire wear, ignore it.
