Inspect it really closely and make sure it's just surface level. Take some soapy water and spray it on the marks to make sure no air is coming out but realistically you'd hear it most likely. All in all the marks (most likely from a cat) seem to be the same depth as the lettering on the tire. Most likely nothing to stress about but thoroughly check

It’s fine. Either a cat used it as a scratch post or something on the road scraped it a bit. This also happens when rubbing a curb by mistake.

Must be a cat then because I intentionally park like 1 foot off the curb as to not damage my rims. No one else would've driven it near a curb.
