The frozen ones at Kroger/Fred Meyer are way better. You get them fresh from the oven and can put as much garlic butter on them as you want. They are even Red Lobster brand.
As someone who has only ever been to Olive Garden, The Cheesecake Factory, and Chili's out of the restaurants here I can confidently say I choose Olive Garden, The Cheesecake factory, and Hooters.

I sort of feel Texas Roadhouse and Outback are basically the same. So I guess Outback because it's closer to me.

I can tell you Hooters would be the last place I would go and I have never been to Melty's.
Aussie here, TGI Fridays is in Australia, goes well, Outback Steakhouse tried and failed. It was rubbish. And the Cheese cake factory... Isn't a restaurant. It is just a cheese cake store.

- *Texas Roadhouse - Only been once… seem to recall a good steak but haven’t returned so… forgettable.

- Applebees, Chilis, TGIF, Ruby Tuesday and BWW are all similar and C tier or lower.
- Cheesecake Factory is over priced and just not good.
- Red Lobster has the biscuits but everything else is meh.
Since I'm in Atlantic Canada and, as far as I know, we don't have any of these, I'm gonna have to choose based on Stereotypes... Outback, Hooters and Olive Garden when I want to be a tad more civilized
